Ralph Kussmann
Managing Director
Ralph became Managing Director of Apollo Roofing following the acquisition by H.B. Fuller in 2022.
Ralph joined H.B. Fuller in 2019 as the EIMEA business unit director for Construction Adhesives, responsible for driving growth across the Flooring, Roofing and Utilities & Infrastructure businesses within Europe, India, Middle-East and Africa. The acquisition of Apollo Roofing supported H.B. Fuller’s growth strategy within the UK and Europe.
Under his leadership, Ralph’s focus is to ensure the Apollo Roofing brand is positioned to provide solutions to key industry issues, allowing for continued sustainable growth throughout the UK and EIMEA region.
When Ralph is not at work, you will find him in the forest on his mountain bike enjoying nature trails.

Mark Lloyd
Strategic Account Manager II
Joining in 1991, Mark has been at Apollo for over 30 years. Spending his early years in the Technical department, Mark moved into Sales in 1999. His chemistry background has proved invaluable to customers.
Mark has specialised in our roofing division for over 10 years, and was promoted to Business Unit Manager in 2015. Both his adhesive expertise and extensive flat roofing knowledge make him a prominent figure in the flat roofing industry.
Since the new ownership under H.B. Fuller, Mark is now a Strategic Account Manager for Roofing EIMEA. As your Strategic Account Manager, Mark is always happy to discuss your flat roofing and adhesive technology requirements, as well as assist with site trials. His aim is to ensure the successful completion of your projects.
Qualifications: ONC & HNC in Polymer Technology.
When Mark is not working you will find him watching Wolves play football or watching any sport, walking his dogs and spending time with his family.

James Purslow
Account Manager
James joined Apollo Roofing’s Sales department in early 2022 with 13 years’ experience as an Account Manager, where his role involved managing customer relationships, creating opportunities and constant problem solving.
James has been building up vast knowledge and experience of our adhesive technology and the flat roofing market to enable him to fully understand your needs. As your Account Manager, James’ aim is to ensure the successful completion of your flat roofing projects. He will deal with all your needs, from training to commercial deals, to ensure you receive the best possible products and service.
When James is not at work, you will find him following Birmingham City (largely unhappily) and spending as much time as possible with his family and friends creating memories.

Donna Colclough
Customer Service Specialist
Donna has been in a customer support role at Apollo for over 30 years. Her experience combined with her knowledge of our systems and processes mean she is best placed to assist you with your orders and any questions you may have. Donna is certainly known by our customers for her willingness to go the extra mile.
When Donna is not at work you will find her doing housework, cooking and spending time with her teenage son.

Sharon Veronica Lovett
Director of Marketing
Sharon joined Apollo over 10 years ago as Marketing Executive. She became Marketing Manager in 2013 and is now Director of Marketing.
Since 2011, Sharon has played a key role in helping to shape the flat roofing strategy and introducing the Apollo Roofing Solutions brand. Sharon often attends flat roofing trade association meetings and visits customers to ensure our strategy and products are in-line with industry and customer requirements.
Her team is responsible for market research, new product introduction, overseeing customer artwork and literature, as well as producing product information and thought-leadership pieces for customers and industry.
Sharon has a degree in Journalism, Masters Degree in Marketing and her Postgraduate Diploma (Chartered Institute of Marketing).
When Sharon is not working, you will find her running, at the gym or doing yoga. She also enjoys travelling and spending time with family and friends.

Hasnae M'Hamdi
Product Management Specialist
Hasnae joined Apollo over 6 years ago as Marketing Administrator. She has held various roles within the Marketing Department, giving her a breadth of experience. Hasnae is now Product Management Specialist and leads our new product introduction process and changes to private-label/branded packaging.
More than happy to help, Hasnae will oversee design and coordinate regulatory approval processes to ensure your branded labels and packaging are fully compliant and representative of your brand. Hasnae puts customer experience at the heart of everything she does.
Hasnae has a degree in Marketing and Management, as well as a Masters Degree in Marketing.
When Hasnae is not working you will find her exercising, going for walks, going to the cinema and spending time with loved ones.

Ben Whitehouse
Marketing Communications Coordinator
Ben joined Apollo in late 2015, as Marketing Administrator, before being promoted to Marketing Assistant and then Marketing Communications Coordinator.
During his time at Apollo, Ben has played a key role in shaping Apollo Roofing’s communications. He is able to quickly grasp product and market information to combine this with his communication skills to write thought-leadership blogs, emails and articles. You will have seen much of his work. He also produces our social media content, and the content and videos you see on this website is a result of Ben’s work!
Ben has a degree in International Management (Bsc) and his Digital Diploma in Professional Marketing (Chartered Institute of Marketing). He has also completed a range of copywriting, social media tools/tactics, video production/editing, google analytics courses.
When not at work, you will find Ben spending time with his friends, at the pub, going for a walk or watching a good tv series.

Darrell Tibbins
Director of Technical, Quality & Compliance
Darrell joined the Apollo Technical department over 35 years ago as a Laboratory Assistant and has achieved various promotions since. He is now Director of Technical, Quality and Compliance.
With a wealth of knowledge and expertise of adhesive technology and adhesive application for flat roofing, Darrel has been instrumental in bringing innovative products to the market. The most well-known include spray-applied canister MCPUs and primers. These products have helped to revolutionise application techniques and have helped industry initiatives, such as Safe2Torch.
When Darrell is not working, you will find him spending time with the family, running a youth cricket team, cycling and playing golf.

Steve Pitt
Product Manager (Roofing - Polymers)
With a strong adhesive development background and over 18 years in Apollo’s Technical department, Steve has extensive knowledge of our adhesive technology and the flat roofing market. He has enabled many customer adhesive and primer requirements come to life.
Steve plays a key role in our ongoing product developments and is responsible for the suitability testing of your substrates. He also helped many customers meet regulatory requirements, with a focus on product performance. Steve is always available for support or to provide product training, in the classroom and onsite.
When Steve is not at work, you will find him spending time with his family.

James Follows
Compliance Manager
James has been part of Apollo’s Compliance department for over 26 years. With vast in-depth knowledge of adhesive regulations, James is a prominent figure in the adhesive industry and involved with key trade associations. This ensures James is best placed to advise on product developments and requirements.
He is the Chairperson for the ‘Health & Safety Working Group’, ‘Vice Chairperson for the Environment and Sustainability Working Group’ and a member of the ‘Technical Working Group’ for the British Adhesive & Sealant Association (BASA). He is also the UK BASA representative for the European Adhesive & Sealant Industry (FEICA) ‘PU Training Implementation Task Force’.
James’ team is responsible for helping you to ensure all your labels and packaging are compliant from a regulatory perspective.
His qualifications include a BEng (hons) in Polymer Science and Technology and Nebosh Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety.
When James is not at work, you will find him spending time with the family, learning to play the guitar, trail running and pursuing outdoor activities.
