Who we are?
Apollo Chemicals is a manufacturer of liquid adhesive, sealant, coating and primer products. Since 2022, Apollo has been a wholly-owned subsidiary of H.B. Fuller. Through our Apollo brand (which includes brands of the Apollo group companies such as Apollo Roofing Solutions Ltd), we supply private-labelled products to OEMs within the flat roofing industry. We do not supply products under the Apollo brand or direct to contractors. Instead, we focus on developing relationships with our OEM partners to supply products that offer end-user benefits, as well as educating the industry on the advantages of adhesive technology.
What type of personal data do we process about you?

Other examples of personal data include information revealing who you work for (including your job function), any information about you that you give by phone, email, our website social media platform or otherwise, information relating to you which it is necessary for us to process in order to enter into or perform a contract with you or the company you work for (for example, right to work information and information obtained from credit references agencies where this is necessary to enable us to carry out appropriate checks in relation to contracts with you or someone else that you work for or are otherwise related to), information relating to you that you give us or we otherwise obtain when you visit us (for example, if you sign in or are recorded on CCTV while visiting us, or you give us the registration details of your vehicle).

How do we use your personal data?
We may use your personal data for several purposes including:
- To process an enquiry or request you make;
- To administer the Website;
- To take steps/have dealings and/or to enter into any contract or carry out our obligations arising from any contract entered into between you or the company you work for and us;

Who do we share your personal data with?
We may share or disclose your personal data with third party organisations and/or individuals to help us provide, analyze, and improve our products and/or services including:
- If part of Apollo or substantially all of its assets are acquired by a third party, in which case personal data held by it about its customers will be one of the transferred assets.
If we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation, or in order to enforce or apply our terms and other agreements with you or the company you work for; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Apollo(including group companies of Apollo Chemicals Limited), our customers, or others. In certain circumstances, we will also disclose your personal data to courts, court-appointed persons/entities, receivers and liquidators and third parties where necessary to comply with a legal obligation, to enforce a contract or to protect the rights, property or safety of our employees, customers or others; and to governmental departments, local government, statutory and regulatory bodies including (in the UK) the Information Commissioner’s Office, the police and Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs.
How do we protect your personal data?
All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers in the United Kingdom. Apollo have implemented appropriate safeguards to protect your personal data.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our Website and any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security measures to try to protect your personal data.
How long do we keep your personal data for?
We retain personal data we collect from you where we have an ongoing legitimate business need to do so (for example, to provide you with a service you have requested, made available to you through us or our partners, to comply with applicable legal, tax or accounting requirements or deal with any pending or actual legal proceedings, claim or demand or as required under applicable laws). We may also retain aggregate information beyond this time to help us develop and improve our products and/or services.
Your personal data that is used to facilitate an enquiry is deleted, aggregated or anonymised once your request has been fulfilled, unless you do not object to us storing your details for longer or to comply with laws, regulations, regulatory requirements and contractual obligations applicable to us.
If your company is a customer of Apollo, we may use your personal data to provide you with a log-in for the Customer Area, which allows you access to information on the products your company purchases.
Where is your personal data transferred to?
In the event that your personal data is transferred outside the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area or any country or organisation that does not provide an adequate level of protection, Apollo will only make that transfer in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including appropriate standard contractual clauses implement adequate supplementary measures, where appropriate.
Apollo takes reasonable precautions to keep all information obtained from online visitors secure against unauthorised access and periodically reviews its security measures.
