We take privacy and security seriously. In this privacy policy, we explain how and why Apollo Chemicals Limited (also referred to as “Apollo Chemicals”, “Apollo”, “we”, “our” and “us”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of H.B. Fuller, uses personal data about users of our website https://www.apolloroofingsolutions.co.uk/ (the “Website”) and those that access our services through APIs and/or third-parties, including website users, distributors, buyers and/or professionals (whether prospective, current or past) (together, “you”). For the purposes of the data protection act 2018 (UK), we are the controller of your personal data.

Who we are?
Apollo Chemicals is a manufacturer of liquid adhesive, sealant, coating and primer products. Since 2022, Apollo has been a wholly-owned subsidiary of H.B. Fuller. Through our Apollo brand (which includes brands of the Apollo group companies such as Apollo Roofing Solutions Ltd), we supply private-labelled products to OEMs within the flat roofing industry. We do not supply products under the Apollo brand or direct to contractors. Instead, we focus on developing relationships with our OEM partners to supply products that offer end-user benefits, as well as educating the industry on the advantages of adhesive technology.
What type of personal data do we process about you?

General uses

- If part of Apollo or substantially all of its assets are acquired by a third party, in which case personal data held by it about its customers will be one of the transferred assets.
If we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation, or in order to enforce or apply our terms and other agreements with you or the company you work for; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Apollo(including group companies of Apollo Chemicals Limited), our customers, or others. We may also share your personal data with third parties, who then use your personal data for their own purposes. All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers in the United Kingdom. Apollo have implemented appropriate safeguards to protect your personal data.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our Website and any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security measures to try to protect your personal data.
How long do we keep your personal data for?

If your company is a customer of Apollo, we may use your personal data to provide you with a log-in for the Customer Area, which allows you access to information on the products your company purchases.
Where is your personal data transferred to?
We and the third parties who process your personal data in accordance with this privacy policy do not transfer your personal data outside the United Kingdom.
In the event that your personal data is transferred outside the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area or any country or organisation that does not provide an adequate level of protection, Apollo will only make that transfer in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including appropriate standard contractual clauses implement adequate supplementary measures, where appropriate.
Apollo takes reasonable precautions to keep all information obtained from online visitors secure against unauthorised access and periodically reviews its security measures.
Your personal data is stored securely on our database(s). You can request to review any personal identity data we store about you and/or for your details to be deleted via emailing apollohr@apollo.co.uk
