Minimum order volumes and values may apply to some products; this is because some production runs have a minimum output. Please contact the Sales department for further details.
Apollo Roofing will endeavour to meet the date and time that will be specified when an order is placed. The business consistently monitors and reviews its delivery performance to ensure your requests are met.
Please Note: There must be a member of staff onsite to take receipt of any goods delivered. There may be a charge for transport expenses to any company who does not inform us if/when they are closed, which results in delivery being re-arranged.
Apollo Roofing has a diverse fleet of transport vehicles. If delivery will be restricted, please do inform us. This will allow suitable transport vehicles to be arranged. For instance, if your business does not have access to a suitable forklift truck, then a vehicle with tail lift facilities can be provided. Alternatively, if access is restricted, Apollo can provide smaller transport vehicles.
Returns are assessed on an individual basis and will be investigated fully before any refund is given. They will only be accepted under strict guidelines. For example, the product is damaged, faulty or the wrong product has been sent. Please contact the Sales department for further details.
